You can use any jar that you want. We provide many different server versions in the panel that are ready to use. You also have full FTP access to your server to add and remove jars as you would like.
We use the industry standard Multicraft panel that provides you quick access to all your files and settings to customize your server. We have implemented a file editor and an FTP client for fast file editing, uploading, and downloading! Our FTP access also allows you to upload worlds, and update mods!
The minimum recommended amount of ram for servers running Paper/Spigot is 4GB. Many lightweight modpacks need 6GB+ of ram as well as servers with larger player counts. You can always upgrade/downgrade the amount of RAM whenever needed.
